I, the Rights Holder, own the sole and legal copyright to the described work and hereby agree to the use of this work in the promotion, production, and distribution of the Project without further compensation.


I understand also that any and all proceeds from the film are the property of the Filmmaker. As Rights Holder, I have received valuable consideration for participation in this project and expect no additional compensation beyond due credit displayed in the final product.


I hereby certify that I am over eighteen years of age and am competent to contract in my own 
name insofar as the above is concerned. If I am under eighteen years of age and a non-emancipated minor, my parents have given their consent by signing below.
